Zero time waste, structured approach and actionable outputs exactly as needed.
That's the impact Michele brings to organizations dealing with technical products or services, needing effective communication.
Drawing on already existing materials of various kinds (technical, product management, roadmap, detailed characteristics...) structured or unstructured, Michele quickly understands the underlying technology and features thanks to his engineering background, and asks the right questions to complete the picture.

Michele is great to work with and provides clear strategic outlines and a structured approach towards lead generation.
We also used his AI marketing messaging tool that has been extremely helpful in creating engaging and meaningful content for our social media campaigns.
Engineering and tech Go-To-Market strategy is fundamentally different from general marketing and Sales. Understanding these differences is crucial for effectively communicating technical value to your target audience.
| Aspect | In General | In Engineering and Tech |
|---|---|---|
| Language & Tone | Emotional, simple, and desire-driven. | Technical, precise, and data-based; communicates expertise and reliability. |
| Storytelling & Content Creation | Emotional and visual storytelling to create connection. | Stories and content focused on technical problems, solutions, and performance (case studies, demos, white papers). |
| Audience & Decision-making | Consumers or non-technical buyers; fast, emotion-driven decisions. | Engineers and technical managers; analytical, shared decision-making. |
| Channels & Journey | Social media, influencers, short and direct campaigns. | LinkedIn, industry events, long and complex B2B journeys. |
| Goal & KPI | Boost brand awareness and sales. | Educate, build technical trust, and long-term partnerships. |
The bottom line: Engineering and tech marketing requires a deep understanding of both technical concepts and the analytical mindset of your audience. It's not about creating desire—it's about building trust through expertise, demonstrating value through data, and educating decision-makers who need to understand the "how" and "why" before they commit.
As a technical founder, you're great at building products—but marketing often feels like a set of disconnected tasks. Just like in engineering, true growth requires structure and data, not random activity. Here's how we approach marketing together.
We conduct a collaborative deep-dive to understand your technical products, customers, competitive landscape, and growth stage. We analyze positioning, identify gaps, and map your unique value proposition.
Like engineering requirements analysis—understanding the full system before designing the solution.
We design a marketing architecture aligned with your goals: defining customer segments, crafting positioning strategy, mapping sales funnels, and establishing the foundation for all tactical work.
Everything connected, measurable, and purpose-driven—like a well-architected system.
We build and execute: website optimization, content creation, AI automation systems, and custom solutions (Python, LangChain, n8n). All work maintains alignment with your strategic foundation.
You build products. We handle marketing execution, keeping you informed every step.
We track performance with engineering rigor: data-driven analysis, clear KPIs, monthly reviews. We iterate based on real results, ensuring your marketing evolves with your business and market conditions.
Marketing and Sales needs monitoring and optimization—just like any technical system.
Every engagement is customized to your specific needs. Whether you need a focused project (like a website overhaul or positioning strategy), ongoing monthly support, or a long-term strategic partnership, we structure our work around your timeline and growth goals.
Clear communication, defined scope, and measurable outcomes—we establish these upfront, just like you'd expect in any professional engineering collaboration. No surprises, no scope creep, just focused work that moves your business forward.

Download PortfolioMy journey began in 2016 with a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Padua, completing my thesis at the Technical University of Munich. This launched me into seven years as an 'Advanced Systems Engineer Power Electronics' in the automotive industry, focusing on innovation, electrification, and product development.
But life had different plans.
Seeking new opportunities, I left my corporate career for a sabbatical, which led me to find my soulmate and live between Europe and Asia—an experience that opened my eyes to diverse cultural approaches invaluable to my work today.
For a year and a half, I freelanced in data analytics, software development, and AI applications. My freelance journey taught me firsthand the struggle every technical professional faces: translating complex technical products and innovations into compelling market messages. Through study and trial and error, I mastered the art of bridging technical excellence with effective communication.
Then I discovered something that changed my perspective.
Listening to the market, I recognized that brilliant engineers and tech entrepreneurs often struggle to market their innovative solutions effectively, as their technical strengths can become marketing barriers.
Today, I help engineering and tech companies transform scattered marketing efforts into strategic marketing that truly reflect the value they bring to society.
Every day, I work with people building solutions that improve our world—and help them communicate that impact in ways their customers can understand and embrace.
